BROOKLYN REARDON

visits JOMO Studio & offers two special experiences.

About Brooklyn

Brooklyn is Māori and grew up in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Her practice is deeply intertwined with reclaiming her Indigenous heritage, after language, culture and ancestral knowledge were lost through colonialism. Yoga became a bridge back to her roots and a lens through which she examines yoga's own history — honouring its wisdom while acknowledging the harm caused by colonialism and the erasure of Indigenous voices.

Her teaching is guided by tikanga Māori and the wisdom of her Tūpuna (ancestors): a safe and empowering space, compassion, and care for the land and all living beings. She is committed to uplifting Indigenous voices and allies within the yoga and wellness space.
